Membership Dues  are $25 per year. The fiscal year of the association is October 27 to October 26. Your membership fee is used to run our web site, produce and distribute the  newsletters and put out all hands   broadcasts

Group rates are available for up to 3 days prior to and following the reunion at $102.00 plus tax. Room rates are guaranteed until Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2019

BANQUET: #

The banquet will be plated and all entrees will include Fresh garden salad, and chef’s selection of starch, as well as Chocolate Cake  OR New Orleans style bread pudding  for dessert.  Also included are Fresh Rolls & Butter, Fresh Brewed Coffee or Iced Tea. (specify number of each in the space provided below)

Chardonnay Chicken: Sautéed Chicken Breast in a White Wine Butter Sauce

Baked New Orleans Fish: Served with a  shrimp cream sauce

Prime Rib: Tender, tasty, and  delicious, hot au jus

BREAKFAST: The hotel is offering special pricing ($6 each) if you register in advance. You will pay for them as part of your room charge when you checkout of the hotel. Be sure to notify the hotel when you register how many breakfasts you desire and for what days. Please indicate the TOTAL number of breakfasts you wish in the # People column below.

LADIES BREAKFAST:

Aspecial Ladies’ Auxiliary breakfast is scheduled for Friday from 0645 to 0800. The plated meal consists of scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon and sausage patty, with juices, sliced fruit, assorted pastries and muffins. Coffee and hot tea will also be available. The venue will depend on the number of attendees. Because the hotel needs to know the exactnumbers in advance, you MUST indicate your preference here.
